How we work

No magic, no jargon. A disciplined process, run the same way for every client, measured in numbers you can check yourself.

1. Research: real search data, not guesswork

Everything starts with what people in New Zealand actually type into Google. We pull search volume data for your industry and your region, then cross-reference it against what your website already covers, and what your competitors rank for that you don't.

The output is a ranked list of gaps: searches with real volume, commercial intent, and no good answer from you yet. That list drives every article we write. No "10 tips" filler, no topics chosen because they were easy.

2. Writing: useful first, optimised second

Each article is written to genuinely answer the search it targets, because that's what Google rewards, and it's what turns a reader into an enquiry. We match your business's voice, use New Zealand English and NZ context throughout, and write for the customer, not the algorithm.

Before anything is published, every article passes a strict quality gate: structure, depth, accuracy of claims, readability, and a hard check against our excluded-topics list. Articles that don't pass don't ship.

What we never write: tax, legal, financial, insurance, employment-law or clinical advice, for any client, in any plan. If a topic touches a regulated area, it's out. We write about your services, your customers' questions, and your industry, not other professions' regulated ground.

3. Cadence: three a week, deliberately

Three articles a week (twelve a month) is the cadence we publish for every client. It's enough to build real topical authority in your niche within months, without flooding your site with thin content that search engines penalise. Quality compounding beats volume spiking.

4. Measurement: numbers you can verify

Managed Blog and Full Engine clients get a monthly report built from Google's own data, Search Console and Analytics, showing impressions, clicks, which articles are ranking for which searches, and the trend over time.

Nothing in the report is our opinion. Every number comes from Google's reporting on your own property, and you can be given direct access to check any figure yourself. If something isn't growing, you'll see that too, and what we're changing because of it.

What we deliberately don't do

Why we do free work first

Content quality is impossible to judge from a sales page, this one included. So we invert it: tell us about your business, and within 24 hours you get real research and a complete article written for you. If the work isn't obviously good, you've lost nothing and learned what searches you're missing anyway.

See the process applied to your business. The free report runs this exact methodology on your website and your market: research, gaps, and a finished article.
